About Tauhni T. Hunt, MD
Dr. Tauhni T. Hunt is a trusted and experienced OB/GYN serving patients at Pierce Street Same Day Surgery. She is originally from Cherokee, IA, and began her practice with Siouxland Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C., in 1996. Dr. Hunt completed her undergraduate education at Buena Vista College in Storm Lake, Iowa. Driven by a passion for women’s health, she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City. She went on to complete her OB/GYN residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals, gaining comprehensive training in obstetrics, gynecologic surgery, and reproductive health. With decades of experience, Dr. Hunt provides compassionate, personalized care for women at every stage of life. She is known for her approachable demeanor and clinical expertise in OB/GYN care.
