Dr. Ben Pottebaum is a board-certified Gastroenterologist at Pierce Street Same Day Surgery, dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Iowa State University in Ames, IA, and went on to receive his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Pottebaum completed six years of advanced training at Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, CO, where he completed both his residency and fellowship in Gastroenterology. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of digestive health conditions.

He and his wife, who is also from Sergeant Bluff, are raising their two daughters close to home.
