Dr. Langan is from Norfolk, Nebraska – he completed his undergrad at Wayne State College and attended medical school at Des Moines University. Langan completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and fellowships at the Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Center in Columbus, OH and Ilizarov Institute External Fixation in Kurgan, Russia. He is certified in Foot and Hindfoot/Ankle Surgery by The American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Dr. Langan is married with 3 children, Henry (4), Jude (2), Livia (5 months). He enjoys golfing, snowboarding, running, hiking, biking, fishing/hunting, and family time. Dr. Langan has competed in Triathlons and has done RAGBRAI 6 times!

“I really enjoy trauma, reconstruction and sports medicine of the foot and ankle. I specialize in Total Ankle Replacement as well. I also have a passion for research and have published 20+ peer reviewed publications. I’m almost always working on a research project.”
